All meals require 24 hours notice, to allow me to purchase fresh ingredients. Please call to discuss vegetarian options.

Evening Meals for 1 or more people:

  • Scotch Fillet Steak with Creamy Garlic Mushrooms, Potato and  Salad
    Tender scotch fillet steak cooked to your request, creamy garlic mushrooms, baked potato with butter & sour cream, and fresh garden salad.
    $35 per person.
  • Lamb Shank with Mashed Potato and Peas
    Melt-in-your-mouth lamb shank braised with red wine, tomato, onions & carrot, creamy mashed potatoes, peas.
    $35 per person.
  • Crumbed Salmon with Lemon Cream Sauce
    Fresh Atlantic Salmon, crumbed and fried to perfection, lemon cream sauce, baked potato and broccolini (or seasonal vegetable).
    $35 per person.
  • Chicken Mignon with Creamy Garlic Mushrooms, Potato and  Salad
    2 x chicken thigh fillets stuffed with camembert cheese and cranberry sauce, wrapped in bacon and oven baked, baked potato with butter & sour cream, and fresh garden salad.
    $35 per person.
  • Creamy Garlic Prawns with Rice
    Generous serving of Australian Tiger Prawns in a creamy garlic sauce with rice and fresh garden salad.
    $25 per person.

Note: If cooking for 2 or more, only one option can be selected, e.g. I can’t do steak and lamb on the same night.

Family Meals (minimum 2 adults + 2 children):

  • Deluxe Roast Dinner
    Your choice of beef, lamb or pork roast, with all the trimmings: roasted potatoes, roasted pumpkin, sweet potato and carrot, cauliflower cheese, peas and corn, home-made gravy.
    $25 per adult, $15 per child.
  • Standard Roast Dinner
    Your choice of beef, lamb or pork roast, with roasted potatoes, peas and corn, home-made gravy.
    $15 per adult, $10 per child.
  • Greek Lemon Chicken with Rice
    Chicken thigh cutlets (bone in, skin on), baked with garlic, lemon, rice and stock, served with 2 seasonal vegetables (e.g. broccoli, cauliflower, carrots).
    $20 per adult, $15 per child.
  • Paella
    My take on a Spanish paella, with chicken, prawns, chorizo sausage, onions, tomatoes, capsicum, beans and rice.
    $20 per adult, $15 per child.
  • Pork Sausage Casserole with Apple/Onion Gravy and Mashed Potatoes
    Tender pork sausages casseroled in a delicious apple & onion gravy, creamy mashed potatoes, peas and corn.
    $15 per adult, $10 per child.
  • Pasta Bolognaise and Salad
    Premium beef and pork bolognaise with tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, zucchini and red capsicum, served with pasta, parmesan cheese and a fresh garden salad.

  • Chicken Pie with Mashed Potato and Seasonal Vegetables
    Chicken, leek and mushroom pie, served with creamy mashed potato and 2 seasonal vegetables (e.g. broccoli, cauliflower, carrots).
